Lead Time / Shipping Days

For a CUSTOMIZED Product, the usual processing duration falls between 5 to 15 days, with the possibility of an extension to 20 days during holidays or seasonal occasions.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation is not allowed once the order is confirmed and down payment is received. If cancellation is unavoidable, the down payment is non-refundable to cover materials and preparation costs.
